The Organic Pantry

We source produce from other local organic farms, and the continental products come from small co operatives in France, Italy and Spain. None of our continental suppliers supply supermarkets and we certainly do not.

Over the years on the farm we have found they we grow certain crops better then others, we know know why peppers, aubergines & Melons do not thrive in Yorkshire, we have tried them all over the years.

We link up with other local growers and they grow certain vegetables for us, eg, carrots and some root vegetables just as we grow very good salads, brassicas and over 50 different varieties of vegetables.  Jonnie works out a cropping plan for the farm then he meets with other growers and they work out what we will require for them to grow for us to satisfy our customers.
