Organic Diced Beef weighing 400 grams

This organic diced steak comes from rare-breed organic cattle. Super tender and full of flavour, this diced beef is perfect for a casserole or slow cooker.

We get our beef from organic beef Shorthorns or organic Hereford cattle raised at Gazegill Farm in Cliteroe, two breeds that convert beautiful wild grasses into stunning beef. The farm has a number of traditional and indigenous breeds which better suit their low input, low impact attitude to agriculture. Their dairy herd of Old English Shorthorns are the cow that would have been the mainstay of the UK dairy herd up until the late fifties and early sixties when continental high yielders took their place, the shorthorn is a smaller dairy cow with a natural ability to turn average feed into beautiful creamy milk. 

Please tell us where you would like us to leave this product if you are not going to be in. It needs to be kept cool to prevent spoiling, we suggest that you leave out  a cool box for your driver but a shady spot may work just as well!

PLEASE NOTE: We do not keep spare supplies of meat on site. This product is ordered especially for you as as such we need a little advance notice. The butcher needs our orders on a Friday morning for the whole of the following week so please bear this in mind when placing your order. Unless we receive it by 9am on a Friday morning we won't be able to guarantee to have your meat the following week.
