Organic Celery

When in season we grow this ourselves both in the polytunnels and out on the fields. When the season will no longer allow we source as close to home as possible and never air freight.

Sometimes our celery has lots of leaves - don't waste these, they are a great addition to stir-fries and salads. 

Why eat celery?

• It helps to lower cholesterol
• It is a powerful anti-inflammatory - inflammation is  the cause of multiple diseases including cancer, heat disease & arthritis
• It helps to prevent digestive ulcers
• It helps to prevent urinary tract infections, reducing the amount of uric acid and increasing urine production. It can actually help to support the whole of the urinary tract in this way.
