Organic Spring Onions

We grow our very own salad onions for as long as the season will allow. They make a great addition sprinkled over stir-fries, added to salads or simply eaten raw as crudites.

Reasons to eat spring onions:

• Like other members of the onion family, contains allyl sulphide which along with its flavonoid content make it a potent anti-cancer
