Organic Pitted Prunes

Prunes are dried plums, usually of Prune d'Agen variety. Grown specifically for drying, they are low in sugar and have long been used as a natural laxative. Add to cereals, stew with other fruit or just eat them as they are.

Please note, although these are pitted, they may contain whole or pit fragments - check thoroughly before eating. Also, fruits are prone to sugaring later in the season.
