GREAT SOUPS
All start off the same with sauted/sweated onions garlic optional and lots of fresh herbs.
with potato in:-
Pea and mint - courgette and apple, (add lemon zest and lemon juice at the end) leek and potato root veg: carrot, sweet potato and parsnip and corriander
brocolli or cauliflower and stilton
without potato
parsnip leek and lemon, (add cream at the end) tomato carrot and red pepper and basil (sun dried tomato paste or sundried toms in) carrot and red lentilThanks Lesley- Hope Valley
