Pizza Dough
3gms fresh yeast
3gms sugar
2tbs olive oil
125 ml luke warm water
220gms plain flour
1 tsp salt

Potato Marinade
2 whole potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
Fresh rosemary sprigs
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon, olive oil
Pinch sea salt, pepper

60mls tomato puree for top of pizza
50gms shredded mozzarella for top of pizza
