OUT ON THE FARM

We are coming to the end of the planting, which is a very busy time as Jonnie is setting the farm up for the year.  What and how we plant know affects all the produce we will have to sell till next May.

Hopefully we can get a few tidying jobs done before we head into  the Harvest of our Barley

and Beans in a couple of weeks time.

Mr  Fox is out and about at the moment, I had become a bit relaxed with putting the geese in at night, - with the light evenings . I do not know who was more startled at 2am last week the fox with my goose in his mouth or the goose to be chased by a scantilty clad mad women. The fox did drop the goose and do a runner but I think the goose was undecided as to whose side I was on.  She has recovered from his bite and is know being firmly shut in at night.
