This is another Award winner a much copied but rarely matched mix of sweet red peppers and locally grown Chillies a sweet sticky jam with a nice kick and a great flavour goes with cheese or just a spicy jam.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Red Peppers 26%, Chillies 19%, Apples 13%, Lemon Juice (From Concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid (Prepared with 53g Fruit per 100g.  Total sugar content 69g per 100g).
