Cool-milled below 44°C from organic raw Turkish Sweet Apricot Kernels, with added raw Bolivian brazils, and a little cold-pressed sunflower oil. Apricot kernels are a rich source of “B17” (not really a B vitamin!) also called Laetrile, so best to eat not more than 20g per day.
Delicious as a bread spread, in sauces, dressings, nut-milk, dips and baking.
In Carley's all organic factory they are proud never to use refined oils, emulsifiers or anything artificial in any product. They are very careful to avoid any risk of cross contamination. They also process sesame, mustard, soya and peanuts.
Organic nuts can naturally contain nut shell fragments etc. We check and remove during production but cannot guarantee to have found every piece.
