Organic Spicy Lentil Soup

A new recipe from Suma which is a warming blend of lentils and Eastern spices - lentils make this a filling, slow releasing soup. A perfect lunchtime treat that will keep you filled up until dinner.

Cooking Instructions:

Shake the can before opening as there may be settling of contents.

• Hob: Empty contents into saucepan and heat gently for 3 minutes. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour.
• Microwave (800-900W): Empty contents into microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes, stir and heat for a further minute. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir well..
