CHILLI FLAKES (Suma)

An extremely pungent, fiery hot variety of pepper native to South America; now grown widely in all tropical regions of the world. Chilli flakes are best used sparingly. Chilli is used in Indian, Chinese, Mexican and West Indian Dishes.
