Manuka honey is produced by bees foraging on the tea tree plants of New Zealand. Every crop is laboratory tested to establish its Non-Peroxide Activity (NPA) which indicates the purity and concentration of authentic Manuka honey.

This honey is rich in herbal flavour and is equally as prized for its flavour as its medicinal content.
