Leeks are a firm family favourite and form the basis of any number of delicious, healthy dinners. We always source as close to home as possible so if these aren't farm grown they are likely to be from only down the road!
Part of the allium family, their mild flavour will add depth to stocks and soups or they are equally delicious roasted or steamed!

They are a good addition during pregnancy as they contain folates which can help prevent birth defects.
