Smooth and creamy mayo with rich garlic. Made with aquafaba as a substitute for eggs so that vegans can enjoy it too! Aquafaba is the protein-rich water left over from cooking chickpeas which would normally be thrown away.

Rubies in the Rubble are dedicated to using up waste and turning it into all manner of delicious food stuffs! This garlic vegan mayo is one such example.

Rapeseed oil, water, dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium metabisulphite)), spirit vinegar, sugar, potato starch (modified), salt, lemon juice concentrate (contains sulphites), aquafaba (surplus chickpea powder), natural flavouring, concentrate (apple, safflower and lemon)
