Oats, native to Central Europe are an important cereal of the temperate zones. Oat bran is a fine brown powder that can be made into a quick and nourishing gruel, or sprinkled on savoury dishes. Research has found that adding oatbran to your diet can help to lower cholesterol levels when part of  a healthy diet.

Storage Instructions:

Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours. Oats will readily take on taints if not stored correctly. Unsealed bags should be used within 5 weeks of opening.
