Essential Organic Quinoa (Pronounced Kee Nwaa). Native to the Andes & sacred to the Incas. This highly nutritional grain is interesting in that it contains all 22 essential amino acids required for full bodily health. A healthy tasty alternative to any rice dish.
Instructions for Use:
Rinse well, add one part Quinoa to two parts water, Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until translucent. Remove from heat, leave covered for 5-10 minutes.
Can also be sprouted, although viability varies.
Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours.
