When you don't have time to make your own from scratch, soup in a can is on hand to provide you with a convenient, nutritious meal. With no genetically modified ingredients or added sugar, salt or calcium chloride - this is just what it says on the tin!
Shake the can before opening as there may be settling of contents. Hob: Empty contents into saucepan and heat gently for 3 minutes. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour. Microwave (800-900W): Empty contents into a microwaveable container, cover and heat on full power for 2 minutes, stir and heat for a further minute. Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir well.
