We get our gammon joint from Gazegill Organic Farm in Clithero. They use traditionally dry cured leg from their herd of rare breed organic Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, this gammon joint is cured using their own organic recipe and bursting with flavour. This organic gammon joint is best simmered slowly before being roasted to your own recipe, or simply eat as a succulent boiled ham.

Please tell us where you would like us to leave this product if you are not going to be in. It needs to be kept cool to prevent spoiling, we suggest that you leave out  a cool box for your driver but a shady spot may work just as well!
