Delivery:

A member of staff will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Currency:

Payment is in Sterling only.

Export:

We do not export produce from the UK.

Ordering:

Orders for any meat or dairy items must be with the office by 9am on Friday morning the week before you are wanting your delivery in order for these items to be ordered for you. Orders for any fruit, vegetable and grocery items must be with us by 2pm the day before delivery. Orders received after these deadlines will be processed for the following week.

Refund policy : 

If you are unsatisfied with any of our products we will be happy to offer a replacement of the item with your next order or a refund to the same value at the time of purchase, please contact the office on 01937 531693 or by email office@theorganicpantry.co.uk at your earliest convenience.

Cancellations:

We ask that all cancellations of meat or dairy are made by 9am the week before your delivery as these items are pre-ordered and after this point they will have already been ordered by our suppliers. Any other products can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery. Any cancellations not made in the required time frame will be charged for.

Payment:

All payments must be received within 10 days from date of invoice.

The following payment options are available to customers:

·         GoCardless (a direct debit system) – ideal for regular orders

·         Sage Pay (via a debit or credit card) - can be used for both on line orders and regular deliveries

·         Cheques - made payable to The Organic Pantry Ltd.

·         Cash – by special arrangement with the office only
