The set of six beautifully illustrated boxes are filled with wildflower seed balls for attracting bees, butterflies and bats, while also supporting habitats for hedgehogs, beetles and birds. A thoughtful gardening gift that supports wildlife and creates a beautiful native wildflower garden. Each box (about the size of a small matchbox) contains six wildflower seed balls, each packed with a unique mix of native wildflowers designed to support the type of wildlife as illustrated on the top of the box. Perfect for garden beds, balcony pots, or window boxes, these seedballs are easy to use --- simply scatter on top of soil or peat-free compost, water well and let nature do the rest.

Made with UK wildflower seeds peat-free compost, clay, and chili powder, the balls are designed to protect the seeds from being eaten by birds and insects before they have a chance to grow. The added chilli powder helps to deter slugs and snails from eating the young shoots. One box of will cover 1-2 medium sized pots or use three boxes to cover 0.5 square metres in a garden bed (leave at least 10cm between each ball). Best scattered in the Autumn and Spring.
