Ingredients:

Sugar (47%), Lemon Juice (22% from concentrate), Pasteurised Egg (19%), Salted Butter (11% Milk), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, Lemon Oil.

Directions for Usage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 1 month.
