Another winner at the Worlds Original Marmalade awards entered to go with sausages but for those who like it hot this is a great all rounder Seville Orange Marmalade with Chilli.

Heat Level = Medium–Hot.

Sugar, Seville Oranges 37%, Yorkshire Chillies 2%, Lemon Juice (From Concentrate), Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, (Prepared with 42g Fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g).
