Lentils were one of the first cultivated crops. From the 'Laird' variety, these large lentils are usually grown in North America. Increase the nutritional value of soups, stews and casseroles by adding in a couple of handfuls.

Cooking Instructions:

No need to soak, simply cook for 25 min or if you are in a rush, pressure cook in 8 min.
