Produced at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, each shape is extruded with bronze dies for its incredible texture and then slow-dried at low temperatures to enhance its naturally nutty flavour and honour every high-quality ingredient.

Cooking Instructions:

Add pasta to boiling water in an open pan and cook for approximately seven minutes until tender but firm, for that perfect al dente texture. Drain and add sauce.
