Organic Kamut Pasta

Kamut is the ancestor of durum wheat and has an energetic value that is higher than that of wheat. It contains 20 to 40 % more proteins and contains a higher percentage of vitamins and minerals. It is also characterised by an exceptional selenium content, which is a powerful antioxidant.

The pasta can be cooked as traditional pasta and used in its place. When they are warm, they are delicious with a tomato sauce and chopped seitan. They can also be served cold in a salad with diced vegetables.
