ENGEVITA - YEAST FLAKES (Marigold) 125g

Engevita nutritional yeast is one of the richest natural sources of the B group of vitamins. It is also rich in protein, amino acids, enzymes, minerals and trace elements. Engevita is a purely natural food, specifically produced for human consumption and is a primary grown strain of Saccharomyces Cerevasiae.

Nutritional yeast is not the same as brewers yeast, they are from differing strains of yeast. Nutritional yeast is deactivated yeast and is a great source of nutrition, it is a complete protein and is particularly rich in the B vitamins.
