FENUGREEK SEEDS (Essential) 40g

Essential organic Herbs and Spices contain no colourings, flavourings, preservatives or additives of any kind.

The plant is native to the Middle East and west Asia; producing bittersweet yellow, rectangular seeds. Many Indian dishes use fenugreek, and it can be used in chutneys and pickles. Should be added at the beginning of cooking, in moderation.
