OAT GROATS (Essential) 500g

Essential Organic Oat Groats

Oats are native to central Europe. The grains are easily digestible with a rich creamy flavour. The Groats are simply oat grain with the husk removed.

Cooking Instructions:

No pre-soaking required (allow 1 cup oats to 3 cups water) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. To serve mix in milk for a creamy flavour and add fruit, honey, jam or nuts to taste.

Storage Information:

Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours. Oats will readily take on taints if not stored correctly. Unsealed bags should be used within 5 weeks of opening.
