Organic Shoyu

Traditionally produced in Japan through prolonged maturation in cedar wood kegs. As with all essential products, they are produced by sustainable, ethical methods. 

You can use this sauce in a number of ways, as an alternative to salt. Simply add to casseroles, soups, stir-fries, salad dressings  or simply straight over your vegetables! It will add a new depth of flavour to any number of dishes.
