Organic Tamari Soy Sauce

Traditionally produced in Japan through prolonged maturation in cedar wood kegs. Tamari is a naturally wheat-free sauce as it is made from rice and slowly matured. The result is a rich, dark sauce that is perfect for salad dressings, stir-fries or simply to enrich flavours in all manner of soups, stews and dips.
